The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of a natural person not conducting business activity in the proceedings conducted under reference GD1G/GUp-s/1092/2024 is selling:

The ownership right to residential premises number 3 constituting a separate property, recorded in the land and mortgage register number SL1S/00097630/0, kept by the District Court in Slupsk, VII Land and Mortgage Department, located at ul. Eugeniusza Romera 9 in Slupsk, with usable area of 48.50 m2, along with a share in the common property, which constitutes land and part of the building and appliances that are not exclusively used by the owners of the premises in the amount of 101/100000 parts, recorded in the land and mortgage register number SL1S/00072084/6.

Offers must be submitted by July 25, 2025, by 9:00 AM in person at the syndic's office located at ul. M. Zaborowskiej 29/1st floor, 76-200 Slupsk or by mail (the receipt date at the office counts) indicating the case reference GD1G/GUp-s/1092/2024.

Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a way that prevents access to the contents before opening the envelope. The acceptance of the offer is determined by the date of receipt of the offer.

Envelopes should be addressed to: Office of the Restructuring Advisor - Syndic Pawel Pawlak, ul. Marii Zaborowskiej 29/1st floor, 76-200 Slupsk, (case reference GD1G/GUp-s/1092/2024) with the note "Contest for the purchase of real estate - Slupsk" (note on the envelope in red color).

The opening and review of offers will take place on July 25, 2025, at 9:45 AM at the syndic's office in Slupsk at ul. Zaborowskiej 29 /1st floor.

Interested parties wishing to participate in the tender can obtain detailed information about the tender and get acquainted with the Tender Regulations at the syndic's office. The syndic provides detailed information about the subject of sale via email to the syndic's address or by phone during the hours 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (512*257*884).

The subject of the tender can be viewed after agreeing on a visit with the syndic within 3 days from the date of publication until the day before the last day for submitting offers.

Persons submitting offers after familiarizing themselves with the content of the Tender Regulations and accepting the tender conditions, submit along with the offer declarations as indicated in paragraph 8 of the Regulations.

The deposit for the purchase price of the ownership right to the property is PLN 31,500 (thirty-one thousand five hundred zloty) and should be paid by transfer to the bankruptcy estate bank account number 51 1140 2004 0000 3102 8544 0229 held by mBank S.A. The deposit must be paid no later than July 24, 2025, under penalty of rejection of the offer.
