- Number of floors - one above-ground floor, basement is allowed.
- Roof geometry - gable or multi-gable roof with a slope angle of the main roof planes not less than 25 and not more than 45 or single-pitched.
In Wojciechow, there is necessary infrastructure such as: grocery stores, market, bank, post office, municipal office, church, primary school and kindergarten club, hairdresser, two car washes, bus stop, vehicle mechanics shop, ice cream shop, restaurant. Wojciechow is about 20 km from the border of Lublin and 7 km from the border of Naleczow.
The owner of the plot will submit an application for the issuance of building conditions in November.
