3) the height of utility buildings and garages as well as buildings for conducting service and economic activities is allowed to be no more than one usable floor,
4) adapting the architecture of buildings to the surrounding landscape through careful project development, using two- and multi-pitched roofs with slopes between 35°-45° and traditional finishing materials,
5) situating buildings along the designated building line shown on the plan,
6) as a complementary purpose, the plan establishes the location of:
a) livestock and utility-storage buildings in a maximum number of three on the plot,
b) embedded service premises intended for conducting business activities,
c) technical infrastructure devices for local needs,
7) for farm development, the size of the newly created plot should be between 1500-2500 m²,
8) any nuisance should be limited to the location, i.e. the boundaries of the owned plot,
9) the biologically active area of the plot cannot be less than 30% of its area,
10) the location of facilities with burdensome production functions and other facilities that may cause permanent or periodic nuisances for the basic functions of the area is prohibited,

Uk:
1. Areas marked on the plan with the symbol Uk are designated for service development.
2. The following basic purpose is established for the areas referred to in paragraph 1: public utility service and storage facilities related to trade (stores, wholesalers, office buildings), warehouses, bases, and other cubic service facilities, whose nuisance does not exceed the boundaries of the plot.
3. The following development rules apply to the areas referred to in paragraph 1:
1) service development is allowed in free-standing, semi-detached forms, one building on one plot,
2) a maximum height of service buildings is set at 12m at the ridge of the roof measured from the existing ground level (2 usable floors - the second floor should be an attic),

5) the location of residential, health, and educational facilities is prohibited,

8) the front of the plot resulting from secondary divisions should not be less than 1m,
9) the location of internal vehicular communication on the boundary with plots designated for residential development is prohibited, designated on residential construction areas,
10) parking for all newly constructed facilities should be located on the property where the building will be erected - according to the indicator: 3 parking spaces per 100m² of usable area.
