This picturesque place is at the foot of Snieznik mountain, very close to the Czech border. It is a great base for mountain hiking, as seen in the video attached to the listing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE AND APARTMENT:

The building has an interesting history, built in the 1920s, and until the early 1990s served as a guard post of the Border Protection Forces, hence its representative form that dominates the rest of the buildings in the town. It is currently divided into four spacious apartments.

The house is two-level, and the apartment for sale is located on the upper floor. It is two-sided, offering a beautiful view of the wooded slope.

The apartment has the following room layout:

A large central room with a kitchen, leading to the other rooms - a bathroom with a window, three bedrooms, and a 34 square meter living room, which can easily be divided into two comfortable bedrooms, thus obtaining 5 rooms.

COMMUNICATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE:

The access road is asphalted, driving in winter poses no challenge.

The village is the southernmost settlement, behind which is the Czech Republic. It is also the closest village to Snieznik, which is worth a walk.

In Kamienica, there is a restaurant and a shop. Getting to Stronie Slaskie, which is a larger center with numerous services, takes about 10 minutes.

PRICE AND COSTS:

Price: 395,000 PLN

The apartment has no maintenance fees.

Water comes from a deep well, and there are no costs associated with it.

The sewage disposal for the whole house takes place once a month, and its cost is 20 PLN per apartment.

Basically, the only significant cost is the electricity price, which heats the water and radiators.
