We offer for sale a family ecological farm with a fruit processing plant, a certified plantation, and an idea for a unique product - a healthy snack that is not yet on the Polish market. Behind us is a long process of creating cultivation and production procedures, renovating and improving buildings, acquiring raw material suppliers and customers, preparing the soil for organic cultivation, and conducting many studies and measurements. The farm is located near national road No. 50 (in the vicinity of Minsk Mazowiecki) with excellent communication towards Warsaw (A2 highway). It covers an area of 3 ha and includes a two-story processing building (180 sqm), a warehouse with a concrete floor and new gates (250 sqm), and a heated storage room at room temperature, as well as a garage. It is equipped with stainless steel catering furniture, snack and syrup production devices, dishes, accessories, and is also approved by the Sanitary Inspection for production. Production lasted only a month (about 5 tons of fruit processed), so everything is like new. On the first floor, living or office spaces can be arranged - all installations are ready, carpet purchased, walls and ceiling primed for painting. The whole also has an alarm system and cameras. Mosquito nets are installed in the windows, and the trap system allowed for the elimination of the rodent population. The area around is well-kept and partially hardened.
