The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Elzbieta Slowik in bankruptcy, a natural person not conducting business activity, invites negotiations regarding the sale of the ownership right of a 1/6 share (hereinafter: Share) in the residential unit marked with number 98, located at ul. Ks. Piotra Sciegiennego 55 in Krakow with a usable area of 32.1 m2, situated on the tenth floor of a multi-family residential building. A land and mortgage register number KR1P/00312667/8 is maintained for the residential unit. The minimum sale price of the share in the property is 49,875.00 PLN (in words: forty-nine thousand eight hundred seventy-five). To participate in the negotiations, a written offer must be submitted personally or by mail in a closed, sealed envelope marked "Negotiations Elzbieta Slowik in bankruptcy" case reference KR1S/GUp-s/54/2025 and the note "DO NOT OPEN" by October 8, 2025, at the address of the Office of the Syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Elzbieta Slowik in bankruptcy, 31-202 Krakow, ul Pradnicka 65/10 (the date of receipt at the Syndic's Office, which is open on business days from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, is decisive), and a deposit of 10% of the minimum price, i.e. 4,900.00 PLN (in words: four thousand nine hundred) must be paid to the bankruptcy estate's bank account held at mBank S.A. with the number 10 1140 2004 0000 3102 8550 8285 no later than October 8, 2025 (the date of receipt of the money in the bank account is decisive). The offer should include: a) name and surname or company, address of residence or registered office, b) signature of the offeror or a person authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the offeror in accordance with the documents attached to the offer, c) a current document indicating the legal status of the offeror who is not a natural person (e.g. a current extract from the KRS, etc.), d) a proposal to purchase the subject of the offer, the offered price, and payment terms, e) a statement that the Offeror undertakes to bear the costs of concluding the notarial agreement and other fees related to the conclusion of the agreement, f) proof of payment of the deposit, g) a statement that the Offeror has familiarized themselves with the legal and factual status of the subject of sale and accepts it without reservations and will not make any claims in the future in this regard. The consideration of offers will take place on October 10, 2025, at the Syndic's Office in Krakow at ul. Pradnicka 65/10 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the offer consideration is not mandatory; absent offerors will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the offer by phone or by mail.
