1. The syndic of the bankruptcy estate invites offers for the purchase of a component of the bankruptcy estate in the form of a residential premises marked with number 2, located in Lesnice 4, in the municipality of Nowa Wies Leborska with an area of 48.30 m2, located on the ground floor of a 3-storey multi-family residential building, for which the District Court in Lebork maintains a land and mortgage register with number SL1L/00022126/2 along with: a. a share of 83/1000 in the common property, which constitutes land with an area of 0.0256 Ha and parts of the building and facilities not exclusively for the use of the owners of the premises, covered by the land and mortgage register number SL1L/00016231/6 maintained by the District Court in Lebork, b. a share of 83/1000 in the plot number 9/26 built with a utility building covered by the land and mortgage register number SL1L/00016237/8 maintained by the District Court in Lebork, c. a share of 10/1000 in the plot number 9/31 constituting a home garden with an area covered by the land and mortgage register number SL1L/00016241/9 maintained by the District Court in Lebork. 2. The starting price is set at 100,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys 00/100). 3. The property valuation report is available for inspection at the office of the syndic Grant Finance Sp. z o.o. at ul. M. Reja 13/15 local 1002, 81-874 Sopot. The deposit will be forfeited to the bankruptcy estate in the event of the offeror's withdrawal from concluding the sale agreement in the form of a notarial deed within the time and place designated by the syndic or if the aforementioned agreement is not signed due to the fault of the offeror. 8. The offer should include the exact designation of the offeror along with the phone number and email address, designation of the property, and the offered purchase price. 9. In the event that more than one offer is received, the syndic may conduct an auction to select the buyer. 10. The full price minus the paid deposit must be credited to the bankruptcy estate's account before the sale agreement is concluded. 11. The syndic reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the sale without giving a reason even after selecting an offer. 12. The sale of the property has the effects of enforcement sale. 13. The bankrupt or the syndic are not responsible to the buyer for defects or shortcomings of the sold properties. 14. The buyer has no right to return the purchased properties. 15. All costs, taxes, and fees related to the acquisition of the property are borne entirely by the buyer. 16. The syndic informs that due to the lack of cooperation from the bankrupt, the property will not be handed over on the day of signing the notarial deed.
