Scope of renovation

Currently, the progress of renovation work has exceeded 90%.

In the building, we have executed new concrete ceilings, ensuring durability and comfort of use, and allowing the installation of underfloor heating. All installations have been replaced: water-sewage, electrical, heating, and new ventilation ducts run through the premises. The apartments are separated with solid partition walls made of ytong blocks, providing significantly better acoustic insulation than standard drywall walls. All windows have been replaced, and in some premises, entrance doors have been installed. The new roof of the tenement is insulated with 25-cm wool from the outside, which allows maintaining the full height of the apartments located on the highest floor.

The building is already connected to the city heating network.

The front facade has been carefully renovated and illuminated.

Renovated staircases and corridors will be aesthetically finished. All facades of the front and back buildings will be renewed and illuminated. The courtyard will be planted with carefully selected vegetation. A canopy covered with climbing plants will protect several parking spaces that will be prepared in the courtyard.
