The bathroom has tiles on the entire floor and on the walls. In the remaining part of the apartment, floor panels are laid along with skirting boards. The loggia is tiled. The windows in the apartment are plastic, and all have external blinds.
Utilities and fees:
The apartment is heated using a gas boiler. The boiler is regularly serviced.
Fiber optic has been brought to the building. There is currently a contract with INEA S.A., which provides both Internet and television.
The fee for the community for two people amounts to about 450 PLN per month and includes: maintenance and renovation fund, cold water and sewage settlement, and waste disposal.
Charges for electricity and gas are based on consumption.
Communication and location:
A huge advantage of the apartment is its location. Neighboring buildings are located at a distance that does not create the feeling of looking into each other's windows.
In the immediate vicinity (up to 500m), all necessary daily points can be found, such as: bakeries, confectioneries, grocery stores, beauty and hairdressing salons, medical shop, medical facilities, veterinary, food establishments, parcel pickup points, pharmacy, post office, several bank branches, laundry.
Within a radius of 500m-1km are stores like Netto, Intermarche, Action, Media Expert, Pepco, and gas stations, as well as more food establishments. Getting to them even by foot or by bicycle takes a few minutes, while they do not constitute direct, burdensome proximity to the property.
