The investment is being carried out in accordance with applicable legal standards, primarily in accordance with the new Developers Act of May 20, 2021, on the protection of the rights of buyers of residential units or single-family houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1177). This Act comprehensively secures consumer interests through mandatory management of escrow accounts and extends liability for defects in the property to five years. The escrow accounts guarantee that no funds will be transferred to the developer without the appropriate range of works being completed, and if the Investment is not realized, all funds will be fully refunded to the payer.
