Starting price net (PLN): 1,646,810. 7. Deposit (PLN): 250,000. AUCTION CONDITIONS: 1. Auctions will be held at the seat of the Town and Municipality Office of Czerniejewo at Poznanska Street 8 in the session room - on the ground floor of the office, on the dates given in column 2 of the above table. 2. The VAT tax at the currently applicable rate (23%) will be added to the auction price. 3. The properties are not encumbered with the rights of third parties, nor are they subject to obligations. 4. The amount of the bid is determined by the auction participants, provided that the bid cannot be less than 1% of the starting price, rounded up to the nearest tens of zlotys. 5. Individuals and legal entities may participate in the auction. Individuals must present an identity document to the auction committee, and in the case of appointing an attorney - a power of attorney with a notarized signature. In the case of acquisition by an individual of property for the joint property of spouses, the presence of both spouses is required or the presentation of a power of attorney with a notarized signature. If the auction participant is a person subject to entry in the appropriate register, the person authorized to represent it should present for inspection: an identity document and a current excerpt from the appropriate register, a partnership agreement, a resolution of the appropriate body of the legal person allowing the acquisition of the property. A current excerpt from the appropriate register is considered a document issued within three months preceding the auction date. 6. A foreigner wishing to participate in the auction must meet the requirements specified in the Act of March 24, 1920 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2278). 7. A condition for participation in the auction is the payment of a deposit in cash, indicating the plot number, no later than by 10.10.2025 to the account of the municipality of Czerniejewo maintained by the Cooperative Bank in Gniezno Branch Czerniejewo no. 49 9065 0006 0020 0200 1502 0002. Proof of deposit payment by the auction participant must be presented to the auction committee before the auction opens. The date of payment of the deposit is considered the date of receipt of funds in the indicated account. 8. The paid deposit will be credited towards the purchase price of the property if the person paying the deposit wins the auction or returned no later than three days before the cancellation, closure, invalidation, or negative result of the auction to the person who did not win the auction. 9. All costs associated with the acquisition of the property (notarial and court) and the establishment of a paid road easement shall be borne by the buyer. 10. In the event of evasion of the contract, in particular the non-appearance of the participant who wins the auction, at the place and time set by the auction organizer for the conclusion of the purchase-sale agreement, the auction organizer may withdraw from the conclusion of the agreement, and the paid deposit is not refundable. 11. The list of properties intended for sale was announced by the order No. 39/2024 of the Mayor of the Town and Municipality of Czerniejewo dated 16.05.2024 and was made public from 16.05.2024 to 06.06.2024. 12. The deadline for submitting an application by persons entitled to priority in acquiring the property under Article 34(1)(1) and (2) of the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1145, as amended) expired on 27.06.2024. 13.
