The auctions will take place at the headquarters of the National Support Center for Agriculture OT in Opole, ul. 1 Maja 6 or may be conducted using electronic communication means with the use of video conferencing applications, on September 25, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM. The undeveloped real estate is marked in the land and buildings register as: - plot 125/1 with an area of 0.1000ha, starting price: 29,000.00 PLN, deposit: 2,900.00 PLN, - plot 55/6 with an area of 0.0914ha, starting price: 28,800.00 PLN, deposit: 2,900.00 PLN. To participate in the auction, a deposit must be paid to the bank account and statements submitted at the headquarters of the Regional Branch of KOWR in Opole, within the deadlines specified in the full auction announcement. The statements are an attachment to the full auction announcement. For plot no. 125/1, a land and mortgage register no. OP1U/00044908/5 is maintained at the District Court in Kluczbork. A cable telecommunications network and a stormwater drainage network run through plot no. 125/1. The mentioned plot is overgrown with bushes and trees. An overhead telecommunications network (along with a pole) and a water supply network run through plot no. 55/6. The subject plot contains remnants of a basketball court.
