-- COMING SOON FOR SALE NEW INVESTMENT BIEGASA -- BIEGASA 7E, like several other segments in the estate, is an atrial house. "Why do you need that atrium? You are just wasting space!" asked a friend architect who visited us during the concept work, which only confirmed our belief that it is a great idea. At SolidEstate, we believe that we do not live in square meters, but in houses, and they create our history and memories. It is in them that our children grow up. The atrium is our idea to combine modernity with privacy, to blur the line between the house and the garden. We will set up an outdoor table for summer gatherings with friends or read a book on a hot day. With the bent glass, we wanted to refer to the pre-war modernism inscribed in the DNA of this area. We can separate the atrium area from the rest of the garden with automatic blinds, additionally increasing privacy. We also designed the separation of gardens with high, adult hedges, guided by the need for the residents' privacy. BIEGASA 7E is located on a picturesque path designated exclusively for residents, among plants, leading from an old, tall poplar marking the dominant feature of our estate to a cozy, hidden gate among the trees leading to the Odra embankments. On the ground floor, we planned a living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen. Next to the kitchen, we can plan a pantry or set up a personal elevator to the first floor accessible from the living room. From the vestibule with a deep wardrobe, we will go to a spacious garage, where besides the car, there will also be room for bicycles and tools. In front of the garage, on a wide driveway, there will be space for two more cars. The first floor is the private zone. There we will find a separate studio of the main bedroom (bedroom - bathroom - wardrobe), 2 smaller bedrooms, and an office. If you do not plan to work from home, the office along with the laundry can be arranged into a home fitness area with a sauna. We also did not forget about a comfortable laundry room and utility storage. By stairs, through an automatic, large skylight, we will go up to the roof terrace. This is an additional relaxation area where we can set up a jacuzzi or summer kitchen. This is our proposal; we put a lot of heart and effort into designing it, but with BIEGASA, we tailor the function of the house to our clients. Our architects are happy to take on your ideas for the dream layout of the rooms.
