SALE ANNOUNCEMENT

The bankruptcy trustee Marleny Swergal and Piotr Swergal – individuals not conducting business activities, offers for sale real estate in the form of ownership rights to a residential unit located at ul. Królowej Jadwigi 3 m. 4, (87-200) in Wabrzezno, for which the District Court in Wabrzezno maintains land and mortgage register no. KW: TO1W/00035123/4.

The starting price is 216,000 Polish zlotys net, which constitutes 75% of the estimated price indicated in the valuation report drawn up by the real estate appraiser mgr Piotr Jarzębowski (license no. 2667) dated January 20, 2025.

Offers should be submitted in person at the Restructuring Advisor's Office in Torun at ul. Tadeusza Kosciuszki 66/B1 lok. 12 or by mail via registered letter with return receipt in a sealed envelope marked “offer – real estate of Marleny and Piotr Swergal, TO1T/GUp-s/507/2024, TO1T/GUps/506/2024" by August 4, 2025, by 14:00. Offers submitted via registered mail with return receipt will be accepted if they are in the Restructuring Advisor's Office by August 4, 2025, by 14:00.

Opening and examination of offers will take place at the Trustee's Office on August 5, 2025, at 9:30.
