Here are building plots located just half a kilometer from the administrative border of the city of Szczecinek - in the village of Turowo, in the Szczecinek commune.

- roof slope - 25° to 45°,
- building area - no more than 30% of the building plot area,
- biologically active area - no less than 50% of the building plot area,
- intensity index of development - up to 0.9.
Regarding the heating of buildings, it is established:
- heating from individual or local boiler rooms fueled with solid fuels, gas, heating oil, or biomass,
- the use of systems utilizing alternative energy sources is allowed, especially heat pumps and solar collectors,
- as auxiliary heating, the use of fireplaces and fireplace stoves is allowed, in accordance with the requirements of separate regulations.
Regarding the sanitary sewage network:
- it is established to build and expand the network with a diameter of at least 200 mm for gravitational drainage and no less than 32 mm for pressure drainage,
- until the network is realized,
the use of non-drainable tanks is allowed,
- if the construction of the network is technically or economically unjustified,
the discharge of sewage to home sewage treatment plants is allowed.
Regarding the water supply network:
- it is established to expand and reconstruct the water supply network,
- until the network is realized,
