I recommend our apartment, as due to our move we decided to sell it. It is located on Chopin Street, in the very center of the city, but not right on Westerplatte Street, and in the depths of the estate, which provides a certain comfort. Everything is close by, everyone will find something for themselves. In close distance, there are schools, kindergartens, clinics, shops, a church, a park, train and bus stations...

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has 67.3 m2, consisting of three rooms, a separate kitchen which can be accessed through the living room, of course also a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a hallway. There is access to the cellar and drying room, and above the apartment, exclusive and direct access to the attic, which can be adapted for example into a mezzanine.

The apartment was renovated about 4 years ago, but of course requires refreshing and adjusting for the new owner.

This is full ownership, called free of rental fees, managed by the community, and all fees comply with the residents' resolutions, with renovation funds and water, waste disposal fees amounting to around 500 PLN per family, additionally electricity, gas.

The apartment is warm and very cozy, it is an excellent place for a family, but not only.
