The management of the Kielce Housing Cooperative at 26 Kujawska Street in Kielce announces an unlimited oral auction for a residential property of 39.90 m2, located at 2 Wiosenna Street, apartment 11 in Kielce, situated on the third floor, consisting of 2 rooms, a bright kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway, and a basement. Individuals and legal entities with full legal capacity are invited to participate. The starting price of the property is 294,000 PLN. A condition for participation in the auction is the payment of a deposit of 30,000 PLN to the Cooperative's account at PKO BP S.A.
The date of deposit payment is considered the date when the funds are credited to the Cooperative's account no later than on: 11.08.2025 by 15:00.
At the same time, it is necessary to report with an ID to the Cooperative's office at
26 Kujawska Street in Kielce (Information and Submission Point on the ground floor) to submit a written notice of intent to participate in the auction and to familiarize oneself with the auction regulations.

The auction will be held on 12.08.2025 at 12:00 at the headquarters of the Kielce Housing Cooperative at 26 Kujawska Street in Kielce (conference room - room 32 on the second floor). The administration of the "Sady" estate at 2 Wojewodzka Street in Kielce will provide keys, allowing for viewing of the property - (tel. 41 341 65 20 or 41 341 65 30).
The Cooperative's management reserves the right to cancel the auction.

Encouraging participation in the auction, we inform that there is a possibility of financing the purchase of the above property with a granted loan, and the transaction is exempt from the obligation to pay civil law transaction tax (PCC-2%).
