In terms of detailed principles and conditions for the consolidation and division of properties covered by the local plan, the following is established: 1) minimum plot area - 3000 m²; 2) minimum width of the plot front - 20 m; 3) angle of the plot boundaries in relation to the road strip in the range of 60° - 120°; In the vicinity (about 300 m) there is the Ursus Golabki railway station, new warehouse halls, automotive services, the Warsaw-Mory communication hub, and the Konotopa hub, the strict center of Warsaw is about 8 km away.
