The subject of the auction will be plot no. 279 with an area of 0.8100ha built with a residential building. The shape of the plot is regular, elongated. Plot no. 279 is covered by the provisions of the local spatial development plan, according to Resolution No. 129.XXII.2016 of the Kłomnice Commune Council dated March 31, 2016, the subject plot has the following designation: MNi - area of single-family residential development intensive; MN/RM - area of single-family residential development, farm buildings; KDD - access road areas; R - agricultural areas.
