Structural layout: reinforced concrete foundations cast B 20 steel RB 500 ribbed, beams of concrete B 15 reinforced with steel A - III. External and internal columns made of solid brick class min. 10 Mpa on cement-lime mortar. Ribbed ceiling with beams type 200, ceiling height 24cm, beam spacing every 80 cm. In the ceiling crowns, F 16 anchors are embedded for fastening the wall plates. Reinforcement of the crowns bent into perpendicular crowns over a length of at least 50 cm. Monolithic ribs occur in the crown structure. In the ceiling structure elements, bars of knee wall posts and anchors for fastening the wall plates are installed and embedded.
Thermal insulation: insulation of external walls - polystyrene thickness 10 cm glued to the wall + additionally secured with dowels to the polystyrene.
Waterproofing: insulation on foundation footings - 2 x asphalt paper on hot adhesive, insulation in the ground floor slab - vapor-permeable foil. Insulation on the roof ceiling - paper.
Chimneys and ventilation ducts: brick chimneys made of solid ceramic brick on cement-lime mortar. Chimney caps made of reinforced concrete plate thickness 15 cm reinforced with Ø6 mm rods. Ventilation ducts Ø 200mm.
Roof: wooden truss made of pine wood, impregnated with a preservative or salt solution suitable for wood. Rafters additionally secured near chimneys. Exposed rafter elements made as planed or covered with boiserie boards.
Internal walls: partition walls on the ground floor and 1st floor made of aerated concrete thickness 24cm.
