Description of the property: The land plot 160/4 from the precinct 0022 is located in the village of Ustanow, the Prażmów commune. The neighborhood consists of single-family buildings in free-standing development and undeveloped and forested plots. Access to the property is possible from the provincial road No. 873 in the village of Zalesie Gorne on Wiekowej Sosny Street, then Parkowa Street to Główna Street leading to Polna Street. The described plot occupies an area of 1000m2. On the plot, there is a single-family residential building in free-standing development, built in traditional masonry technology.
