FINISHING STANDARD
1. Construction and insulation of the building
The walls of the house were built of ceramic block. The building was then insulated with 20 cm thick Austrotherm polystyrene, and the facade was finished with acrylic plaster. Inside, smooth gypsum plasters were applied.

2. Roof
The roof is covered with Brass tiles in Baltic color.

3. Window and door joinery
Modern three-pane windows in anthracite color (double-sided) were installed, as well as sliding terrace doors. Additionally, external roller shutters with electric drive were installed.

4. Electrical installations
Each room is equipped with one light source and four sockets. The living room and kitchen have two light points and as many as 10 sockets. In the kitchen, a three-phase socket for the electric stove has also been prepared. A place for future photovoltaic installation has also been planned.

5. Sanitary installations
The building has internal sewage and water installations, including hot water installation with circulation. Waste is discharged into a tank (septic tank) with a capacity of 10 m³.

6. Utilities
The house is connected to the water and energy network. Additionally, fiber optic internet is available. Wastewater is discharged through a non-drainage tank.

7. Garage
The garage is equipped with lighting and single-phase sockets. It has doors leading directly to the garden. The garage door (in anthracite color) has automatic drive and two remotes.

Water underfloor heating will be installed throughout the building - both on the ground floor and the first floor - in a clamping system DN16, with a pipe spacing of 10-12 cm, which will ensure even and comfortable heating of the interiors.

4. Heat source - heat pump
A modern air/water heat pump of the "Split Inverter" type from DE Dietrich will be installed to power the heating - an energy-efficient and ecological heat source.

5. Screeds - floors
A screed will be made on the prepared insulation - both in the entire building and in the garage - as a substrate for future floors.

6. Attic insulation
The attic will be double insulated with PUR foam (sprayed), applied along the rafters and purlins, which will ensure very good thermal insulation and tightness.

7. Gypsum board construction (first floor)
On the first floor, a ceiling and/or slope construction will be made with 12 mm thick gypsum boards on a metal frame. Additionally, an attic hatch will be installed.

8. Electrical installation - equipment
As part of the installation expansion, sockets, light switches, and switches for operating external roller shutters will be installed.

9. Ground hardening - driveway and sidewalk
A hardened driveway to the garage and a sidewalk leading to the entrance will be made of concrete blocks. Along these paths, curbs will be laid, ensuring an aesthetic and durable finish of the area.
