The transaction will be secured by a developer agreement with a notary with an entry in the land and mortgage register and a claim for the construction of both premises no. 1 and no. 2.
Location close to the entrance to the A6 highway. Due to the proximity of the communication node on the A6 highway, Koleczkowo is developing rapidly. There is a primary school in Koleczkowo.
