The following plots will be auctioned:
- Plot No. 867 with an area of 0.7124 ha is located about 500 m from the nearest buildings of the locality. The plot has access to a dirt road from the south and north, the road arranged, asphalt at a distance of 150 m. The shape of the property is similar to a rectangle with a width from the road of about 30 m and a length of about 238 m. The area has no significant elevations that could hinder cultivation. The plot is undeveloped, unfenced, unpaved, and lacks technical infrastructure and the possibility of connection to utilities. The plot constitutes permanent meadow of average soil class. These are flood-prone areas with a high risk of flooding.
The valuation amount is 22,400.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the valuation amount and is 16,800.00 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the valuation amount, which is 2,240.00 PLN.
- Plot No. 159 with an area of 0.2668 ha is located in the immediate vicinity of farm buildings and half-cultivated fields. This plot has direct access to an arranged, asphalt road from the north, additionally from the south it adjoins a dirt road. The shape of the property is favorable, similar to a rectangle with a width from the road of about 26 m and a length of about 102 m. The plot is not used for agricultural purposes, it is wooded, and there are remnants of a fruit orchard and self-seeded trees on the plot. The area has no significant elevations that could hinder cultivation. The plot is undeveloped, unfenced, unpaved. The plot is not equipped with technical infrastructure, but there is a possibility of connection to utilities - electricity and water supply in the road strip.
In the two weeks before the auction, it is allowed to view the above-mentioned property on weekdays from 10:00 to 12:00.
The valuation amount is 44,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the valuation amount and is 33,000.00 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the valuation amount, which is 4,400.00 PLN.
According to Article 8671 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the bidder participating in the auction is obliged to submit a deposit of one-tenth of the valuation amount, no later than the day before the auction. The condition for participation in the auction is the submission of a deposit.
