I have the pleasure to present to you a

4) minimum percentage share of biologically active area in relation to the area of the building plot: 30%;
5) building height:
a) maximum height of residential and service buildings – 12 m,
b) maximum height of garage and utility buildings – 6 m,
c) maximum height of construction objects, subject to points a and b – 12 m;
6) roof application is specified:
a) for residential buildings: gable or multi-gable roofs with the same slope angle of the main roof planes 15°-45°, with the possibility of implementing dormers, skylights, roof windows, canopies over the entrance, gables, or flat roofs,
b) for garage and utility buildings: gable or multi-gable roofs with the same slope angle of the main roof planes 15°-45° and single-gable roofs with a slope angle of 15°-45° or flat roofs,
c) for service buildings: gable or multi-gable roofs with the same slope angle of the main roof planes 15°-45°, with the possibility of implementing dormers, skylights, roof windows, canopies over the entrance, gables, or flat roofs.
LOCATION:The plot is
well connected.
The center of Wadowice is only 7 minutes by car. An undeniable advantage is
