- roof geometry (the established parameters do not apply to: dormers, gables, bay windows, and entrance canopies): steep gable roof with a slope angle of 15 degrees to 45 degrees;
- water supply: from the water supply network;
- electricity supply: from the power grid;
- heating supply: using individual heating systems powered by fuels characterized by the lowest emission indicators with the possibility of using renewable energy sources;
- sewage disposal: to the sanitary sewage system;
- communication service: designed access from the public county road, which is plot no. 345 via the internal municipal road, which is plot no. 182/1; the designed access must be agreed with the appropriate road manager before submitting the application for a building permit;
- other arrangements: if there are drainage devices within the planned investment, the locations of the planned investment must be agreed with the administrator of these devices before obtaining a building permit.
Soil classes:
- arable land RV - 0.10 ha;
- wooded and shrub land on agricultural land Lzr-RV - 0.08 ha.
Approximate dimensions of the plot: about 30m x 60m.
Utilities:
Two power lines (overhead and cable) and a water supply network run through the plot.
There is a power pole located on the road next to the plot.
The asphalt road has a sewage network and fiber optic.
Access to the plot via the county asphalt road and the internal municipal road.
The plot is encumbered with a free and unlimited time easement for the benefit of the Water and Sewage Company in Szczecinek.
