4) the angle of the plot boundaries in relation to the road, from which the communication service was established, or to the boundary with the neighboring plot is 90° with the possibility of deviation of no more than 30°, when division is not possible due to existing division and terrain configuration;
- regarding the principles of protection and shaping spatial order:
1) in areas where development is allowed, mandatory or non-exceeding building lines are designated, as shown in the plan drawing;
2) in areas designated for development, accompanying development and land use is allowed:
a) garages and utility buildings,
b) internal roads,
c) maneuvering areas,
d) pedestrian paths,
e) arranged greenery,
f) small architecture objects,
g) technical infrastructure;
- the minimum width of the front elevation for single-family residential development is established as follows:
1) 10 m in the form of free-standing development,
2) 7 m for development in the form of duplex,
3) 5 m for development in the form of terraced houses,
- in areas designated for single-family residential development and farm development, agrotourism development is allowed;
- in areas where residential, residential-service development is allowed, the use of finishing materials such as siding made of metal or plastic is prohibited;
- it is established that parking spaces must be provided within the boundaries of the area where the planned investment is located in the number: not less than 2 parking spaces per residential unit in single-family residential development, not less than 1.5 parking spaces per residential unit in multi-family development.
