Spoldzielcza, Brzeszcze commune, Oswiecim district, marked in the land registry as plot no. 544/21 with an area of 1465 m2, precinct 0001 Jawiszowice, for which a land and mortgage register no. KR1E/00009194/3 is kept by the District Court in Oswiecim, V Land and Mortgage Register Department, hereinafter referred to as: "Property", included in the list of properties covered by the Trustee under number 2.1., along with shares in the road, i.e.: 2) the ownership right to a share amounting to 14/144 parts of the ownership right to the land property consisting of the plot marked no. 544/25 with an area of 602 m2, constituting the internal road ul. Kalinowa in Jawiszowice, for which a land and mortgage register no. KR1E/00064321/6 is kept by the District Court in Oswiecim, V Land and Mortgage Register Department, hereinafter referred to as: "Share 1", included in the list of properties covered by the Trustee under number 2.2., 3) the ownership right to a share amounting to 2/32 parts of the ownership right to the land property consisting of the plot marked no. 544/35 with an area of 619 m2, constituting the internal road ul. Kalinowa in Jawiszowice, for which a land and mortgage register no. KR1E/00062569/2 is kept by the District Court in Oswiecim, V Land and Mortgage Register Department, hereinafter referred to as: "Share 2", included in the list of properties covered by the Trustee under number 2.3., hereinafter collectively referred to as "Properties" in the bankruptcy proceedings of Marian Lukaszczyk – a natural person not conducting business activity in the proceedings conducted by the District Court for Krakow-Srodmiescie in Krakow, case number KR1S/GUp-s/129/2024. Currently, this is the third tender. The offered price is the Starting Price! The properties have been valued by an expert and the established sale price of the properties currently amounts to only 50% of the market value, i.e. 82,435.50 PLN (in words: eighty-two thousand four hundred thirty-five zlotys 50/100) and corresponds to the total price of the subject properties and Share 1 and Share 2, which have been valued by the expert and established as Starting Prices in this tender, amounting to 50% of the sale market price, respectively for: 1) Properties: 79,718.00 PLN; 2) Share 1: 1,692.50 PLN; 3) Share 2: 1,025.00 PLN; i.e. a total of: 82,435.50 PLN. This amount constitutes the minimum price at which the properties can be sold (Starting Price). The trustee only anticipates the total sale of the properties. The properties are described in detail in the valuation reports prepared at the request of the trustee. The reports are available for inspection at the office of the trustee Marta Wroblewska in Krakow (ul. Moniuszki 2a/2, 31-513 Krakow). The condition for participation in the tender is the submission of a written unconditional offer to purchase the properties and the payment of a deposit under the conditions described in the Regulations. The deposit amounts to 10% of the Starting Price, i.e. 8,243.55 PLN (in words: eight thousand two hundred forty-three zlotys 55/100) and should be paid no later than on the day of submitting the offer to the bank account maintained for the bankruptcy estate no. 74 1600 1462 1735 0139 0000 0001 (in the title of the transfer, please provide the case number and the name of the bankrupt: "Deposit, KR1S/GUp-s/129/2024, Marian Lukaszczyk"). The offer should be prepared in writing in Polish and meet the requirements specified in § 4 of the Regulations. Offers meeting the requirements specified in the Regulations must be submitted no later than September 2, 2025, exclusively by mail as a registered letter sent to the address: Marta Wroblewska Restructuring Advisor Office ul. Moniuszki 2a/2 31-513 Krakow. Offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes in a way that prevents access to the content of the offer before the envelope is opened.
