a) the area 31MN is partially located in the protection zone of the historical ruralist complex – protection rules according to § 10 sec. 3 of the resolution.
b) the area 31MN is partially located in the archaeological observation zone – protection rules according to § 10 sec. 7 of the resolution.
6) principles of shaping development and land use indicators: a) building lines – in accordance with the plan drawing 1a at a distance of 7.0 m from the boundary line of road 1KDL and at a distance of 5.0m from the boundary lines of other roads,
b) maximum building intensity: 0.30, c) minimum building intensity: 0.02,
d) minimum percentage share of biologically active surface: 60% of the building plot area, e) maximum building height: Official Journal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship – 14 – up to 10.0 m for residential buildings, - up to 7.0 m for utility buildings and garages,
f) obligation to provide parking spaces – in accordance with § 14 sec. 3 of the resolution,
g) limitation of the permissible width of the front elevation of buildings to 18.00 m,
h) permissible forms of roofs of residential buildings: - gable or multi-gable with a slope of the roof from 30 to 45 degrees, - mansard roofs are allowed, - the use of dormers and skylights is allowed.
