Building plot no. 411/8 with an area of 0.1147 ha in the Pomianowo district of Bialogard, Bialogard county, in a colony of the village close to the forest.

Currently, there is no spatial development plan. A decision on development conditions has been issued for the plot, establishing conditions for the investment consisting

of building a single-family residential building.

The decision on development conditions includes, among others:

Provisions regarding the planned investment:

1) building line: non-crossing, at a distance of at least 6.0 m from the public municipal road (plot no. 328);

2) building area: up to 120 m²;

3) share of biologically active area: minimum 50% of the plot area;

4) width of the front elevation: up to 12.0 m²;

Provisions regarding communication and technical infrastructure:

1) access – via a designed exit from the municipal road (plot no. 328) to the plot 411/8 – must be designed and executed after consultation with the road manager in a manner corresponding to the requirements resulting from its location and purpose, and in particular should be adapted to the traffic requirements on the public road, the dimensional requirements of vehicles for which it is intended, and to pedestrian traffic requirements;

2) minimum equipment ratio of the plot with a parking space – 1 space for a passenger car;

3) water supply – according to the connection conditions to the network;

4) discharge of domestic sewage – according to the connection conditions to the network;

5) discharge of rainwater – to the unpaved area of one's own property, directing rainwater to the neighboring property is prohibited;

6) electricity supply – from the existing power grid according to the conditions of the network manager;

7) gas supply – not applicable;

8) removal of solid waste – collection in containers closed on one's own property while maintaining distances resulting from the technical conditions that buildings and their location should meet;

9) heating – from individual heat sources based on fuels such as: electricity, oil; alternatively – the use of a heating system utilizing renewable energy sources in the form of solar collectors, heat pumps, etc.; the use of high-efficiency solid fuel boilers using technology ensuring minimal emissions of gases and dust is allowed;

10) drainage – to maintain the proper functioning of the drainage device, its passability, proper technical condition, and direction of water outflow must be maintained.

Soil classes:permanent pastures PsV - 0.1057 ha and land under ditches W-PsV - 0.0090 ha

Utilities:

– electricity – overhead line in the road lane running through the plot along the plot.

– water supply – in the road (wo90);

– sewage – in the road (ks90).
