A decision on the conditions of development has been issued for the plot, involving the construction of a single-family residential building with a usable attic.

- roof covering of the building - tile, bituminous tile, waterproof plaster, sheet metal, tile sheet, trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panel, corrugated sheet, tar paper, or similar roofing material in subdued colors referring to the color of the roofing of buildings located on neighboring plots;
- minimum number of parking spaces - 1 parking space/1 residential unit;
- minimize the development of the investment area, leaving at least 25% of the investment area as biologically active area;
- the size ratio of the building to the area of the plot - is not determined.
Conditions for servicing in terms of technical infrastructure and communication:
- electricity supply - from the connection to the power grid;
- demand for thermal energy - from an individual heat source;
- water supply - from a private source;
- discharge of domestic sewage - to a non-draining tank for liquid waste.
