- total area of the main 3-story building - approx. 675 m2
- total area of the single-story building, which is connected to the main building - 150 m2
Additionally, in 2001, the main building was expanded with a glazed space that served production functions with an area of 271 m2.
The entire area is fenced, while the area in front of the buildings is paved with cobblestones, at the entrance there is another steel structure building with an area of 10 m2 used until now as a "guardhouse".
On plot No. 142/6 with an area of 1163 m2, there is a house in a closed shell state with an area of approximately 350 m2.
