The Mayor of the City of Bochnia, based on Article 38, paragraph 1 of the Act of August 21, 1997, on real estate management and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 14, 2004, on the manner and procedure for conducting tenders and negotiations for the sale of real estate, announces the first unlimited oral tender for the sale of undeveloped land located in Bochnia at Gazowa Street, Bochnia precinct -1, marked in the land and buildings register as plots: no. 1601/2 with an area of 0.2401 ha and no. 1603/2 with an area of 0.2318 ha, subject to KW No. TR1O/00069227/0. The area of plots no. 1601/2, 1603/2 is covered by the local spatial development plan for the area "PARTYZANTOW - LANY" in Bochnia and is located in the planning unit covered by the outline with the symbol: • 5P/U - areas of production facilities, warehouses, and services. The future buyer of plots no. 1601/2 and no. 1603/2 will be obliged to establish a free of charge easement for passage and transit on plot no. 1603/2 along the southern border of plot no. 1603/2 for its entire length with plot no. 1604, in favor of the current owners of plots marked in the land and buildings register no. 1603/1, no. 1601/1, no. 1602/2, no. 1600, no. 1599/2, no. 1602/1, no. 1599/1. The easement will be established until the construction of a public access road marked on the local spatial development plan for the area "PARTYZANTOW - LANY" with the symbol 8KD-D. The establishment of the easement will take place in the notarial deed of sale of the property. Plots no. 1601/2 and no. 1603/2 have a use of RIVa and due to this are subject to the provisions of the Act of February 3, 1995, on the protection of agricultural and forest land (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 82). The starting price of the property is set at 1,500,000.00 PLN net + 23% VAT. The tender will take place on October 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the building of the City Hall of Bochnia, at Kazimierza Wielkiego Street 2, 32-700 Bochnia, room 100. The condition for participating in the tender is to pay a deposit in cash in the amount of 150,000.00 PLN to the bank account of the City of Bochnia no. 74 1240 1431 1111 0010 0293 1934 maintained at Pekao S.A. Branch in Bochnia at Kazimierza Wielkiego Street 9, so that on October 20, 2025, the payment is on the account of the City of Bochnia and signing a declaration of having read the course of the planned easement for passage and transit, which the future buyer of plots no. 1601/2 and no. 1603/2 will be obliged to establish free of charge on plot no. 1603/2. Failure of the winning bidder to conclude the contract results in the forfeiture of the deposit.
