a) horizontal projections with the allowance of risalits, porches, verandas, etc.,
b) two or four-pitched roofs, symmetrical, positioned with ridges parallel to the road axis. The slope of the roof surfaces should be 35° - 45° for single-story buildings, flat or with a slope of up to 35° for multi-story buildings. Uniformity of slopes within individual areas should be maintained. Roofs should be covered with tiles or materials imitating tiles in red, brick, or brown colors with slopes of 35° or greater,
c) Number of floors - two above ground plus usable attic,
4) Proposed utility buildings or garages should be situated at one of the side boundaries of the plots. The area of these buildings should not exceed 30m², height - 1 floor, roofs in reference to the roofs of residential buildings.
