We present to you a plot designated for production areas, warehouses, and storage. The property is located in Marklowice Gorne, Zebrzydowice municipality, Cieszyn county and has an area of 1776 m2. The plot borders directly on a public road with an asphalt surface along its entire western boundary. The plot is located about 1.4 km from the border crossing with the Czech Republic and 3 km from the largest railway (freight) border crossing on the southern border of Poland. Its location in southern Silesia guarantees close access to the most industrialized and populated areas of the region (Bielsko conurbation, Katowice conurbation, and Ostrava agglomeration).
