PKP S.A. Branch of Property Management in Warsaw presents an offer for the sale of real estate, which consists of the right of perpetual usufruct of land designated geodetically as plot No. 59/32, district 3 Bielsk Podlaski, with an area of 0.0422 ha, Bielsk county, Bielsk Podlaski municipality, Podlaskie voivodeship, as well as the ownership of buildings and fixed assets permanently connected to the land (including a vacant building, i.e. a former boiler room with a usable area of 184.4 m2).
The property being sold is located in an area of dense urban development, in its central part, in an area dominated by commercial and service buildings and single-family residential buildings. It is an area located between Bialowieska Street, running on the eastern side, and railway areas, located on the western side.
