2. For the areas referred to in paragraph 1:

a) any type of undertaking whose nuisance exceeds the boundaries of the building plot on which they are located, including: services related to automotive service, bodywork, painting, wood, stone, or metal processing,

c) minimum biologically active area in relation to the area of the building plot - 25%,
d) maximum building intensity - 0.6,
e) minimum building intensity - 0.01,
f) maximum building height: - buildings - 10.5 m, - structures - 15.0 m, - small architecture objects - 6.0 m,
g) dimensions of objects: - maximum building area of a new object - 250.0 m2, - maximum width of the front elevation of a new object - 30.0 m.
Utilities: water, electricity, gas (in the road).
Dimensions: 30 m x 77 m.
