Manager Iwona Mruk in restructuring (case file XII GRs 3/20, District Court in Gliwice, XII Economic Division) announces a written competition for the selection of a buyer for the assets included in the restructuring estate in the form of ownership of undeveloped real estate consisting of a plot of land marked with number 428/2 with an area of 11,300 m2, land and mortgage register LU1A/00065896/0.

The starting price is 149,951.00 PLN (one hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred fifty-one zlotys 00/100) net, that is without VAT tax.

The sale under the competition will be subject to VAT tax, in the amount resulting from the relevant legal provisions, if the relevant provision so provides.

Offers should be submitted in person at the manager's office in Gliwice at ul. Ligocka 15, by October 14, 2025, by 15:00. Offers may also be submitted by registered mail or courier – with the reservation that an offer submitted on time is considered one that arrives at the manager's office at the above address by the deadline, that is by October 14, 2025, by 15:00.

The opening of offers will take place on October 15, 2025, at 13:00 at the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law Office Jacek Pietrzela at ul. Ligocka 15 in Gliwice.

Details regarding the legal status of the assets of the bankruptcy estate intended for sale, the valuation report prepared for the property, as well as the terms of sale can be reviewed - after prior agreement by email regarding the date - at the manager's office.
