9) openwork fencing, corresponding in form, material, and color to the cubic development of the plot, with a height of up to 2 m;
10) allowance for the location of transformer stations
11) accessibility of the areas from adjacent public roads and internal roads;
12) distance of the building from the high-pressure gas network - 30 m
