Due to its location along county road 1740Z (Chociwel-Dlugie-Dobrzany) the land is also suitable for light industry or logistics (warehouse, processing centers),
Proximity to medium voltage lines and stations creates favorable technical conditions for connecting a large energy investment.
Within a few kilometers in Chociwel, there is a municipal water supply and sewage network, which allows for media connection.
The study of conditions in Chociwel indicates directions for economic development, including renewable energy, and areas outside the production development are marked as agricultural-industrial.
Enea Operator has issued connection conditions for the PV farm of 2×8 MW, but their implementation has been suspended due to network overload in the Chociwel area.
Currently, an investment in the network is underway - a contract has been signed for the comprehensive modernization of the 110/15 kV station in Chociwel, which includes the reconstruction of the station and the expansion of the SN line.
Work is expected to be completed within 18 months, i.e. around mid-2026-2027.
After their completion, the available transmission capacity will significantly increase and the existing limitations will be removed.
