The subject of the auction is a land property with buildings: plots no. 33/29 AM-1 and 33/15 AM-1, Łosice precinct, Dlugoleka municipality, Wroclaw county. The plots are located in the eastern part of the village of Łosice, Dlugoleka municipality, Wroclaw county. Access to the property: direct access to the plots located along the asphalt road leading towards the village of Dabrowica. Description of the property: plot no. 33/29 AM-1 includes the area of an economic center. The buildings included are: administrative-office building, 3 warehouses, barn, tool shed, tool canopy, storage canopy, machine canopy, garages, cowshed, calf barn, stable, workshop, two buildings of cellars/sheds. Plot 33/15 AM-1 constitutes a dirt road - an alternative access to the property from the north-west side. The property is connected to the water supply and electricity networks.
