Building plots in the Boguslaw district of Dębno, Myślibórz County, located on the edge of the village, about 130 m from the nearest buildings.

• Provisions regarding environmental protection and human health, nature, and landscape:
- the planned investment is located in the Natura 2000 area – PLB320015 "Witnicko-Dębniańska Refuge".
• Provisions regarding communication and technical infrastructure service:
- access to the public road: via an exit from the county road on plot no. 240/1 to the internal road on plots no. 247, 248 to the investment area,
- within the investment area, an appropriate number of parking spaces must be provided, depending on the function and size of the buildings, but not less than 2 parking spaces for passenger cars for each residential unit,
- water supply – from its own water intake,
- electricity supply – adjusted to the expected scope and size of demand, to be realized from the existing connection, under the conditions of the network manager,
- sewage disposal – to the sanitary sewage system, under the conditions of its manager; until the possibility of connecting to the sanitary sewage system is obtained, the disposal of sewage to a non-draining tank for liquid waste is allowed,
- gas supply – from an above-ground or underground tank for liquefied gas,
- method of heat supply – individual heating system using low-emission devices or installations obtaining heat energy from renewable sources,
- rainwater disposal – to its own unpaved investment area, to its own investment area, to soakaway pits or retention tanks,
- waste collection and disposal – according to the system in force in the Dębno municipality,
- in the event of a collision of the planned investment with existing elements of technical infrastructure, they must be removed under the conditions and in agreement with the network owners.
