3.RULES FOR ENVIRONMENT, NATURE AND CULTURAL LANDSCAPE PROTECTION 1) due to the permissible noise level in the environment, defined by environmental protection regulations, the area is classified as recreational and leisure areas.

4.RULES FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE AND MONUMENTS PROTECTION 1) on the territory of JO.1US and JO.3US, archaeological monuments protected by the plan's provisions are defined, presented in the plan drawing; 2) an archaeological observation zone is defined, with boundaries shown in the plan drawing; 3) within the boundaries of archaeological monuments referred to in point 1 and in the archaeological observation zone referred to in point 2, archaeological research is required, in accordance with the provisions on the protection of monuments and care for monuments.

5.RULES, PARAMETERS AND INDICATORS FOR BUILDING FORMATION AND LAND USE 1) building intensity: a) minimum: 0.01, b) maximum: 1.0;

4) maximum building height: 10 m;

6.DETAILED RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR CONSOLIDATION AND DIVISION OF PROPERTIES COVERED BY THE PLAN (parameters of plots obtained as a result of consolidation and division of properties)
1) minimum width of plot fronts: 10 m;
2) minimum plot area: 400 m²;
3) angle of plot boundaries in relation to the roadway: not less than 45°;
4) provisions of points 1, 2, 3 do not apply to divisions for communication and technical infrastructure facilities.

7.INDICATORS IN THE FIELD OF COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORKS
1) minimum number of parking spaces and their implementation method: 1 for 1 individual recreation building and summer house, 1 for 100 m2 of sports and recreation facility and tourist and recreational accommodation building, including parking spaces designated for vehicles equipped with a parking card in the number as for public roads, arranged in the building or located on the building plot, required in the case of building a building or changing the use of a building or its part;
2) water supply for household purposes: from the water supply network, subject to separate regulations;
3) discharge of household sewage: to the sewage system, subject to separate regulations; 4) discharge of rainwater and meltwater: in accordance with separate regulations;
5) waste management: in accordance with separate regulations;
6) electricity supply: from the electricity network and solar radiation energy;
7) heat supply: from low-emission or non-emission heat sources;
8) gas supply: from the gas network;
9) conditions for connections with the external system:
a) communication system: through the public road system,
b) technical infrastructure networks: through pipes and systems of water supply, sewage, gas, telecommunications, and medium and high voltage electricity lines.
