14) principles of building facade color are established.
15) principles of fence realization are established.
16) the realization of technical infrastructure, internal roads, and parking spaces as well as waste collection points necessary for the functioning of the area is allowed.
Principles of servicing the areas with technical infrastructure:
1) general principles of modernization, reconstruction, expansion, and construction of technical infrastructure systems.
2) technical infrastructure servicing is established from existing and projected municipal network conduits, running in the vicinity of the area;
3) the preservation of existing technical infrastructure devices on the areas is allowed, with the possibility of their reconstruction, and the realization of new technical infrastructure devices.
Principles of servicing the areas with communication:
1) servicing of the areas from adjacent roads is established;
2) minimum parking space ratios are established:
a) 2 parking spaces for each residential unit,
b) proportionally 3 parking spaces for every 100m² of usable service area, but not less than 1 parking space.
The percentage rate for the increase in property value is established at 10%.
