The valuation sum of plot 27/1 with an area of 0.5600ha is 46,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the valuation sum and amounts to 34,500.00 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the valuation sum, which is 4,600.00 PLN. The valuation sum of plot 52 with an area of 0.1600ha is 5,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the valuation sum and amounts to 3,750.00 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the valuation sum, which is 500.00 PLN. The valuation sum of plot 118 with an area of 0.6000ha is 18,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the valuation sum and amounts to 13,500.00 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the valuation sum, which is 1,800.00 PLN. Within two weeks before the scheduled auction date, the protocol of description and valuation of the property will be available for review at the District Court in Lipsk located at Partyzantow 1, Lipsk, 27-300 Lipsk.
