Plot number 255 located in the village of Murowanka with an area of 0.7800 ha in the shape of an elongated rectangle with a front width of ~ 12 meters and a length of ~ 640 meters. The plot is undeveloped, not fenced. The land of the plot is slightly lower than the road level. The land of the plot is flat. There are 2 rows of old cherry orchard trees of no value to be removed. There are concrete poles from scaffolding on the plot. About 2/3 of the length of the plot is crossed by a regular drainage ditch on the surface and additionally, there is a waterhole in the field and there is no direct passage to the other part only through a passage located on the neighboring plot. The ditch is periodically overflowing, the area is wet. In front of the ditch, the trees are dry, and behind the ditch, there are no trees. The road does not have designated traffic lanes or arranged sidewalks. Street lighting is installed on concrete poles. Plot number 170/1 is located in an area with access to technical infrastructure according to the basic map: in the form of electricity, telecommunication, septic tank, and there is sanitary sewage in the road. Plot number 170/1 - the neighborhood and surroundings are rural farm buildings and undeveloped plots used for agricultural purposes.
