The high-rise building is located in an attractive area – right next to the "Strzelnica" city park, from where you can easily get to the center of Pabianice and Lodz. Nearby you will find everything you may need – a bakery, (good!) butcher shop, PKP train station, tram depot, pharmacy, neighborhood shops; and if that's not enough, there are also Lidl and Biedronka nearby.

Outside the windows of the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the "Strzelnica" park, which is a wonderful place for walks and running. Wonderful!

The area is also well connected – very close to the PKP station, trams, and public transport, and for those who like cycling, there are also city bikes. Those working outside Pabianice will have a quick commute in every direction - you can reach the Pabianice bypass in 5 minutes, and the S8 in 8 minutes.

The apartment is very warm and quiet, located on the 10th floor (yes, the view is wonderful!), has plastic windows, newly replaced external and internal doors. It consists of a spacious and bright living room open to a well-arranged kitchen, a bedroom, and a functional bathroom with a toilet. The unit is almost fully furnished – a folding couch, table with chairs, and RTV cabinet in the living room, space for a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. The hallway smoothly transitions into the living room, making the whole apartment very bright and warm. Friendly and helpful neighbors will gladly assist in moving furniture, but they will not disturb the peace in the evenings. There is also a storage room available.
