With great regret, I have to sell a 90m2 apartment in the Bacieczki estate. The apartment is really great and has just been renovated, but not for sale, but for ourselves - we did everything to keep this apartment in the family, but unfortunately it didn't work out. The apartment is made of very good materials (all described below). The apartment is almost ready to move in, missing a fridge, washer/dryer, bed for the main bedroom, and a sofa.

Estate
Many people were once afraid of this estate, I also had that many years ago, but when I first moved here, I changed my mind, and now if I had to live in the city again, it would only be in this estate (I have lived here twice). The estate has many playgrounds, large distances between blocks (the neighbor cannot see what is happening in the apartment). The estate is safe and clean. There is literally everything in the estate, it is like a small, pleasant, and self-sufficient town right next to Bialystok with very convenient and traffic-free access to the city. There is no problem with parking. I highly encourage you to come and see for yourself.
Apartment
The apartment is 90m2, when we moved from a 45m2 apartment, we came alive. There is a lot of space. The apartment was largely renovated at the end of 2024. The renovation was not done "cheaply" - we initially had different plans for this apartment, but ultimately decided to sell it. The only thing that has not been done is that we did not replace the furniture in the kitchen and bathroom, but even so; they are still in good condition.
The apartment has a very large terrace, about 13m2, where even a small pool for children stood. The block is far enough away from other blocks that no one can see what is happening in the house, so there is no need to cover up with curtains and drapes (in fact, they were removed for the last few years, we only hung them back now).
Rooms
- Large and comfortable kitchen, over 9m2. Long stone countertop. Equipped with electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, hood, and of course furniture. Only missing a fridge and two chairs for the table.
- Bathroom over 6m2. Very comfortable and large bathtub. Favorite play area for children, both could fit comfortably and there was still room to play. Stone countertop, built-in fixtures. Underfloor heating and radiator with electric heater - can be turned on when central heating is not yet working.
- Children's room - created by combining two smaller rooms (8m2 and 10m2) into one large with two windows and an area of over 18m2. The room has wooden furniture. It is possible to divide this room into two smaller ones (as it was initially), but I definitely recommend leaving it as it is. The rooms are fully furnished.
- Main bedroom - with an area of over 13m2. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe in perfect condition. Only missing a bed. The room is large enough to fit a large bed 180x200cm and a desk 150x80cm.
- Living room - 24m2, fully furnished, only missing a sofa. The living room is connected by a large entrance to the hall, thus creating a whole. The living room has a very large window (3.3m long) to the terrace. The living room has wooden built-in furniture, wooden table, 6 chairs.
- Hall - on the project, it seems that the hall takes up a lot of space, but in reality, it is a part where a lot happened in the house, it is not a typical hall that you just walk through but where the children mainly played, where the daughter's playpen stood, laundry to dry, etc. So even though there is a lot, it is not wasted space but something like a common space for play and utility. The hall is "divided" into two parts, one visible to all guests and the "private" part near the bedroom. In this second part, there is a bookshelf for books, games, albums, etc. Fully furnished.
- Wardrobe-pantry - with an area of 2m2. Fully furnished. There is space for a washer and dryer. The wardrobe is far enough from the bedroom that even laundry at night does not disturb sleep.
- Terrace over 13m2
Finishing:
The apartment is made of natural materials of very high quality (mainly wood and stone), which will retain their qualities for many years, and even if something happens, each of them can be renewed.
- Wooden floor made of Merbau wood. The floor was sanded almost a year ago, since then it has not been used. The floor looks amazing. It cannot be compared to any other floor made of panels, etc. Nothing creaks and it is perfectly even and warm.
- Stone countertops (not stone-like but pure stone) in the kitchen and bathroom. The countertops are resistant to almost everything, you can place hot pots on them.
- Wooden doors with glazing
- Extendable wooden table from Kler, along with 6 wooden chairs for this table (not visible in the photos, we need to bring them to the apartment). They will be available in a few days.

Block/estate:
The block is located in a closed and monitored estate. Above the entrance to my staircase, there is a camera, all parking lots are also monitored. Only residents move around the estate, so it is very safe. Many children ride their bikes and play in three playgrounds. Despite this, the apartment is situated in such a way that noise is not heard even with open windows and terrace doors. The street in front of the block is not busy, you cannot hear the noise from it - you can sleep soundly with open windows (the windows have mosquito nets).

- We also have a garage for two cars. We prefer not to sell it but if necessary, there is such a possibility. Access from the garage through the staircase in the block. The price does not include the garage price.
