Special conditions for land development and restrictions on their use, including a ban on development: a) through the area marked with the symbol 1MN, 2MN, there is a protective zone of the overhead line 110kV with a width of 40 m (designated within 20 m from the axis of the line); b) in the protective zone of the high voltage overhead line 110kV marked graphically on the plan drawing, until reconstruction, liquidation, or cabling, one should not: locate new buildings intended for permanent human residence, plant trees and high vegetation, locate buildings containing fire-hazardous materials, introduce explosion hazard zones. 8. Rules for modernization, expansion, and construction of communication systems and technical infrastructure: a) basic communication service for the area 2MN - from the public road area marked on the plan with the symbol 1KDD - directly and through the pedestrian-vehicle path marked with the symbol 3KX1 and Poligonowa street located outside the plan boundaries, b) it is established to supply electricity through the power system after the required expansion or reconstruction of the supply and transmission system or individual sources of electricity (subject to § 27 paragraph 3), in accordance with separate regulations, c) it is established to provide telecommunication service in accordance with separate regulations after the required expansion or reconstruction of the network and telecommunication infrastructure devices, d) it is established to supply water from the municipal water supply system after the required expansion based on the Ø300 network in Aleksandra Zelwerowicza street and Ø180 in Poligonowa street, e) it is established to supply gas from medium-pressure gas networks after the required expansion based on the Ø160 network in Aleksandra Zelwerowicza street, f) it is established to supply heat from individual heat sources (subject to § 27 paragraph 3 in accordance with separate regulations or municipal heating networks after expansion in the area covered by the development, g) it is established to drain municipal sewage to the municipal sanitary sewage system after the required expansion based on the Ø0.4 collector located in the valley to the south of Aleksandra Zelwerowicza street, h) until the implementation of sanitary sewage, the drainage of sewage to non-drainable tanks in accordance with applicable separate regulations is allowed, i) it is established to drain rainwater from paved areas to municipal stormwater systems after the required expansion based on stormwater channels Ø0.6, Ø0.5, Ø0.4 in Aleksandra Zelwerowicza street, taking into account local retention and own stormwater management systems; from other areas, surface drainage to the ground in accordance with separate regulations, j) the realization of networks and technical infrastructure devices based on separate regulations is allowed, k) the reconstruction of existing networks and technical infrastructure devices colliding with the planned land development and layout is allowed.
