Scope of renovation
The progress of renovation works has already exceeded 90%.
We have installed new concrete ceilings in the building, which ensure durability and comfort of use and allow the installation of underfloor heating. All installations have been replaced: water-sewage, electrical, heating, and new ventilation risers run through the units. The apartments are divided by solid partition walls made of ytong blocks that provide significantly better acoustic insulation than standard drywall partitions. All windows have been replaced, and some of the apartments have had entrance doors installed. The new roof of the tenement house has been insulated with 25 cm of wool from the outside, allowing full height of the apartments on the last floor.
The building is already connected to the municipal heating network.
The front elevation has been carefully restored and illuminated.
The renovated staircases and corridors will be aesthetically finished. All facades of the front and back buildings will be renovated and illuminated. The courtyard will be planted with carefully selected greenery. A canopy covered with climbing plants will protect several parking spaces that will be prepared in the courtyard.
